What we store
Academic records, application data, advisor-student communications, and usage analytics. All data is classified and handled according to its sensitivity level.
How long we retain it
Active account data is retained while your account is active plus 2 years after closure. Deleted account data is purged from all systems within 30 days of the deletion request.
How to request deletion
You can request full data deletion by emailing privacy@ivysion.ai or through your account settings. We will confirm deletion within 30 days and provide written verification upon request.
